Aimed at organisations who want to use the services of a specialist IT Support organisation, our Block Time service allows our clients to pre-pay for technical support for when things go wrong.


We provide a simple interface for clients to request help to resolve issues when help is needed, and we do the rest.


Every time IS Talent works on a client issue, we reduce the amount of time remaining on credit. Simple. If or when the credit runs out, clients simply top the amount of time up.


Block Time is aimed at smaller organisations who don't have IT specialists within their organisations and provides the benefit of a simple service rather than, what can prove to be, costly fully managed services.



We use auditing technology which records exactly what our technicians do when working on client systems, providing full transparency and peace of mind.

Business Function Near/Off Shoring

IS Talent also works with clients to fully or partially move 'Business Functions' to our Near or Offshore delivery locations.


'Business Functions' is our term for any part of an organisations technical or Business Operations capability: Service Desk, 2nd or 3rd level technical support, Network operations, Security operations, Development capability, HR Administration, Biz Ops, and Finance functions to name but a few.



We can provide a whole 'Business Function' for our clients from Near or OffShore, or we can tailor a solution which uses a hybrid of the clients staff with IS Talent specialists. This can be used to provide 24/7 support coverage or when multi-lingual skills are required.

IS Talent prices cover all legal obligations in the countries from which they are delivered; there are no hidden extras.


Our prices, where required, include office space, power and cooling, as well as workstations and headsets, all of our back-office support functions including payroll, HR support, retention programmes, and local management support.



Where office space is required, we typically decorate the allocated office with our client's branding, and our offices also provide shared video conferencing, boardrooms, pantries and gyms. Our offices have full fail-over capabilities and are networked with ultra-fast fibre internet connections.
